Connected / Estalink solutions

A coherent structure for the community.

Organize scoped Estate and Unit operations with canonical timezone context, natural Unit ordering and permission-led administrative boundaries.

Why it matters

Unit & Estate Management, in context.

Every community workflow depends on knowing which Estate and Unit it belongs to. Ambiguous labels, mismatched timezones or over-broad administrative views can turn routine tasks into confusion. Creating an Estate is also distinct from assigning every administrator, Manager or Resident to it.

The Estalink approach

A considered way forward.

Estalink's platform Estate creation preserves an explicit editable canonical timezone. Enumeration is optional, not a prerequisite for creation. The submitted attempt remains immutable, with canonical Estate-code reconciliation rather than blind POST retries after uncertain outcomes.

Within an Estate, Unit and Resident reads use bounded contracts and natural Unit ordering so labels such as House 2 and House 10 remain understandable. Permissions determine administrative access. An Estate Administrator's account is based on User and Estate Admin context, not a fabricated Resident record.

The workflow

From context to the next step.

  1. Define the Estate

An authorized platform actor enters the governed Estate fields and timezone. Required persistence and audit belong together; a partial success is not an acceptable creation result.

  2. Resolve the outcome

Use the canonical Estate-code reconciliation path for an uncertain request. Do not interpret a missing response as permission to repeatedly create the same community.

  3. Organize Units

Use the existing scoped Unit management and bounded read contracts. Natural ordering improves navigation without changing Unit identity or occupancy rules.

  4. Maintain the boundary

Carry the exact Estate context into Resident and operational workflows. Administrative assignment and registration remain distinct authorized tasks.

Capability focus

What connects here.

  • Platform Estate creation contract
  • Explicit canonical timezone
  • Bounded Unit reads and natural order
  • Scoped Resident operations
  • Role-compatible account presentation

Designed for people

Clear responsibilities.

  • Authorized platform administrators
  • Estate Administrators
  • Managers within assigned scope

Resident Management connects people to Units. Estate Operations provides bounded summaries. Facility Management describes a wider asset/infrastructure direction, not an expansion of current Unit authority.

Estate AI-OS relationship

Insight without taking authority.

A community overview may help interpret context and locate the next screen. It cannot create Estates, assign Managers, alter occupancy or cross Estate boundaries.

Availability & deployment context

Existing Estate/Unit/Resident operations are core. This does not promise cadastral mapping, property sales, automated assignment or a full property-accounting suite.

Capability availability may vary by estate, deployment and release phase.

A demonstration should establish which workflows are applicable to your Estate, who is authorized to use them and what integration or release conditions still apply. Illustrations on this page are conceptual, not customer records, live metrics or operational controls.
