A dashboard is only useful when its measures have a clear definition. A pending count can mean registration review or App Access review, which lead to different actions. Combining data without the correct permission and Estate context can create a misleading or inappropriate picture.
The Estalink approach

Estalink's current foundation is bounded operational summaries. The emphasis is on scoped context and meaningful navigation: what does this count represent, which records contribute to it and where should an authorized user go next? Illustrative website cards contain no production telemetry.
Advanced reporting and analytics remain platform direction. A future reporting layer would need explicit measure definitions, time boundaries, visibility and data freshness. It should not imply that every Estate can be compared or that a number is a prediction. Source records and governed workflows remain the basis for operational decisions.

Define the question
Identify the operational need and the relevant scope. A Resident's own pending requests and a Security Officer's movement overview answer different questions.
Use the correct measure
Read the current bounded contract with its lifecycle and timezone rules. Technical unavailability should not be disguised as a zero count or a false access denial.
Navigate to evidence
Inspect the underlying authorized records when a summary needs explanation. Do not infer completion, receipt or physical activity solely from a dashboard element.
Plan deeper analysis
Future analytics would require governed definitions and deployment validation. Any interpretation should retain uncertainty and human responsibility rather than promise automatic conclusions.
