Secure / Estalink solutions

Understand the space around an event.

Explore the platform direction for Estate zones, perimeter context and human-reviewed location-aware workflows, not an active GPS monitoring service.

Why it matters

Geo-Fencing & Zone Alerts, in context.

A community contains public arrival spaces, shared facilities and sensitive areas with different responsibilities. An event's location can matter, but a map outline alone cannot prove who entered a zone or whether access was authorized. Location data also brings its own privacy and reliability requirements.

The Estalink approach

A considered way forward.

The Geo-Fencing direction is designed to connect Estate zones with operational context. A deployment could describe perimeter areas, restricted spaces and shared infrastructure, then relate approved location signals to the people responsible for review. The zone map here communicates that idea; it contains no actual Estate geometry or tracked person.

A useful zone-aware workflow needs explicit signal sources, consent and permissions, accuracy expectations and a clear distinction between stale data and current observations. Visitor or staff movement direction should complement existing gate records, not recast a check-in as continuous GPS tracking. Escalation remains a governed human process.

The conceptual journey

From context to the next step.

  1. Describe the zones

Define relevant Estate boundaries, sensitive spaces and operational responsibilities in an approved future configuration. A drawn zone is context, not an independent access grant.

  2. Establish location inputs

An integration must explain where observations originate, their precision and their permitted use. No always-on collection or background mobile tracking is implied.

  3. Connect the event

Relate a location-aware event to the relevant security or operations workflow. Preserve uncertainty rather than treating every apparent crossing as a verified violation.

  4. Review and escalate

An authorized person evaluates the context and chooses a next step. Future alerts must not become autonomous enforcement or a substitute for gate authority.

Capability focus

What connects here.

  • Estate and perimeter zone direction
  • Restricted/sensitive-area context
  • Visitor/staff movement integration direction
  • Security and operations linkage
  • Human-reviewed alert/escalation direction

Designed for people

Clear responsibilities.

  • Security supervisors
  • Estate operations teams
  • Authorized deployment planners

Patrol Management could relate checkpoints to zones. Surveillance integrations could add camera-zone context. Existing Visitor History remains a movement record, not a location feed.

Estate AI-OS relationship

Insight without taking authority.

Estate AI-OS could help explain relevant zone context and navigate to an issue. It cannot change zone permissions, track people without authorization or enforce a response.

Availability & deployment context

Geo-fencing and location-aware alerts are platform direction. There is no current live GPS/geofence runtime, active location monitoring or automated perimeter enforcement claimed here.

Capability availability may vary by estate, deployment and release phase.

A demonstration should establish which workflows are applicable to your Estate, who is authorized to use them and what integration or release conditions still apply. Illustrations on this page are conceptual, not customer records, live metrics or operational controls.
