Why it matters
Domestic Staff Management, in context.
Domestic Staff need to be represented accurately within the household they support. A profile, a credential and permission to use the app serve different purposes. Informal lists and reused invitations can obscure those distinctions and create unnecessary work for Residents and gate teams.
The Estalink approach
A considered way forward.
Estalink retains direct Domestic Worker profile management as an active workflow. Creation requires a phone number and uses the shared Expo-backed operation-identity foundation. It remains tied to the legitimate Resident and Estate context rather than a freely assigned relationship.
Where application access is needed, the existing Domestic App Access request remains the separate approval flow. Category counts stay explicit alongside Household Member requests. Retired Domestic Worker registration-request routes are not current management destinations, even though their historical rows and audits remain preserved.
The workflow

Establish the profile
The Resident enters the required details and phone contact through the existing management screen. The category represents the relationship without granting unrelated permissions.
Confirm creation
Use the guarded submitted attempt and reconciliation path. A network interruption must not encourage blind duplicate creation or publish an old result into a replacement context.
Use the relevant credential
Credential presentation supports the applicable access workflow. A shared image does not independently authorize entry or override the current lifecycle.
Handle App Access separately
Request, cancel or review application access only through the existing permitted contract. The profile continues to have its own lifecycle and purpose.
